Return and Refund Policy at Lucky Global LLC

At Lucky Global LLC, we are dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a flexible return and refund process under the following conditions:

How Long Can I Return the Items?

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you’ve received all your items. If you wish to return an item, please contact us immediately to initiate the return process. We do not accept returns after 14 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unused Items: All items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached.
  • Non-Qualifying Items: Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable in most cases.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Beauty products
    • Lucky bags
    • Masks
    • Protective equipment
    • Items marked as non-returnable
    • Free gifts (unless faulty)

If you have any issues with these items, please reach out to our Support Center for assistance.

Swimwear Returns: Swimwear can only be returned for size issues, wrong items, or quality issues.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Free Return Shipping: We offer free return shipping on your first return (unless the return is due to a customer’s reason, such as a change of mind).
  • Subsequent Returns: For any additional returns, the return shipping fee will be at the customer’s expense.
  • Please contact our Support Center to process your return and receive instructions.

How Do I Apply for an After-Sales Request?

To initiate a return or refund request, follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign in to your Lucky Global LLC account.
  2. Go to My Orders and click the “Return & Exchange” button next to the relevant order.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide the reason for the return or refund request.
  4. After receiving your request, we will reach out to you with a solution.

Important Notice

  • To return a package, contact our Customer Service to obtain the correct return address. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package.
  • Ensure that you only include items purchased from Lucky Global LLC in your return package. We are not responsible for returning any items that were not purchased from us.

Refund Processing Times

Once we’ve received your returned item(s), we will process your refund as follows:

  • PayPal Account Refunds: Up to 48 hours.
  • Credit Card Refunds: Between 7–14 business days.
  • Wallet Refunds: Up to 24 hours.

For certain debit and credit card refunds, we may be unable to issue the refund to the original payment account. In such cases, we may ask customers to provide a PayPal account to complete the refund.
